We all knew that this was going to be a huge undertaking, but I don't think that any of us (at C.H. Carpenter Lumber) realized just how big it turned out to be.  We saved time and money, and got a lot of extras we didn't even know about - by working with people who had experience and expertise working with this type of project.

Our layout, designed for optimum materials handling, has increased our efficiency and almost eliminated product damage.  I highly recommend working with Krauter Solutions, a professional team.

I am very pleased with the results.

Dear Chris,

You brought up in Boston one of my glaring faults: I always tend to thank and praise the little guy and seem to forget the big guys.  You and Bob Cini did a wonderful job.  The same comments I made in reference to Steve Howard and his crew (with the exception of having to do the job in sub-zero temperatures) also apply to you.  We contacted you, gave you as much information as we had on the project (you even drew and redrew the plans numerous times and came up here so frequently that Mr. Cini felt like he should've rented an apartment), and patiently waited for all the permits to call into place--you probably racked up enough frequent flyer miles to take your whole family to hawaii!

The only fault I could find with you and Bob was that you could not predict that it would take exactly 12960 hours from initial application to final approval to start construction in our particular area!  There is no excuse for this!

Kibler Lumber

To Whom it may concern:

We have two new facilities where we have installed structures designed and supplied by Krauter Solutions.

At our facility in Hillsboro, Ohio, Krauter Solutions designed a rack-supported building that integrated smoothly with a pre-engineered metal building. On the rack-supported structure, we installed the same metal panel that was used on the pre-engineered building. The result was a completely uniform exterior between the two structures. The entire building finished out great! We also had Krauter design a rack-supported warehouse that houses our entire building products inventory. Our lumber is now more organized and our customers couldn’t be happier!

The other facility where we have used the expertise of Krauter Solutions is our Maysville, Kentucky location. This is our newest facility but was one of the most difficult to develop. Krauter Solutions and their architectural department spend a great deal of time analyzing the site and designing a warehouse that would accommodate our needs, as well as the constraints of the new site. They continued to work with us and the local officials through the permitting process to the ultimate completion of the project. I feel Krauter Solutions provided a superior level of service before, during, and after the purchase of this warehouse.

In closing, the storage structures we have purchased from Krauter Solutions were an investment that continues to improve our bottom line.
